I tried to study. I usually got distracted — I never harnessed the power of breaking. Enter the Pomodoro Technique: 25 minutes of study, then a 5-minute break. We built the KitKat Study Guide for students prepping for Uni exams and the HSC, working with Mosaic on binaural, lo-fi study music and Resn on hypnotising visuals for focus. The result: a 30-minute film with some joyful motivation.
